AMAZAQUE - (Guibourtia ehie)

       Amazaque occurs in western Africa - from Sierra Leone, through the Ivory Coast to northern Ghana and central Nigeria, and in Central Africa - from Equatorial Guinea to western Gabon and Congo. This species is most common in Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Nigeria.

       The color depends on the conditions of tree growth and changes from yellow-brown to chocolate-brown. It is not a uniform pastel color, because there are black streaks.
